Here’s what I’ve been up to.
Since 2017, I’ve worked as a Producer in various capacities and studios — I’ve been so lucky to work at indie and larger-scale operations starting with Funomena, through to Sago Mini, and now at a new Toronto-based studio, Soft Rains!
I love thinking, talking, and writing about games. I love problem-solving process-driven issues. Issues like reconciling launch dates with production schedules in the pursuit of finding my teams more time to produce a game they’re proud of. I work tirelessly to ensure each person on my team — from dev to director — has every single one of their concerns, addressed.
I also write about game in my spare time. I have an MA in Communications Studies and specialized in Game Studies (yes, that’s a thing!). As a result, I’ve been published in an academic editorial and have an upcoming chapter in a Routledge-published series.
